The breakfast was rich and savory, catering well to vegetarians. The staff was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants. Lounge Juno is just a short 10-15 minutes walk away for a drink or two.

The location of the property was favourable and decent, to the “ summer rate ” hike.

During our romantic escape in Anchorage, we found the hotel to be conveniently located near popular attractions and dining options. The room we stayed in was clean and well-maintained, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious and diverse breakfast selection, allowing us to start our day off on a positive note.

There were a few aspects that we found disappointing during our stay. we were disappointed by the small size of the room, which did not match our expectations based on the online pictures.

They have a shuttle bus that makes two trips: hotel-airport and hotel-center of the town (quite fare away from the hotel). It's very well organize. In front of the hotel there is Applebees restaurant. Very authentic restaurant, freindly service and not extremely expensive.

Value for money. It's expensive taking into account the facilities. But it's also the problem in Alaska. Everything is so expensive and the quality of the services and facilities that are giving to you are extremely poor. But I wouldn't pay more for any other hotel in the city because we visited the ones that are well reconized and they are not in the standars that you exepect for a 4 or 5 stars hotel.

The value for money was great, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent, right by the water and close to restaurants and stores. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and treated us with courtesy and professionalism. They even gave us great advice about the city and nearby events. Plus, our kids loved having access to the pool.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if the breakfast options were replenished closer to the end of the service. Latecomers didn't have many options to choose from.

My shower was only warm at most, no hot water??? My credit card was charged an extra $45.47 above the total quoted price including taxes... no reason given. Haven't had a chance to contact the hotel, yet.

we really enjoyed our clean and comfortable room at Hampton Inn Anchorage. The pet area was easily accessible and our stay was made even better by the helpful and friendly staff. The location was convenient and we had a great time grabbing some shots at Buffalo Wild Wings, which was not far from the hotel.
